Meet Justin
Every great leader remembers the person who believed in them before they believed in themselves.
I didn't start Beacon because I wanted to become a leadership coach.
I started Beacon because, after more than fifteen years leading teams, I realized the greatest part of my career was never the sales, the numbers, or the promotions.
It was watching people grow.
I've led teams of all sizes across multiple industries, and one lesson has remained true wherever I've been: people rarely fail because they lack talent. More often, they fail because no one has invested in them.
The best leaders I know aren't the loudest voice in the room. They're the ones who create an environment where other people discover what they're capable of.
That's the leader I've always tried to be.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of coaching future managers, developing high-performing teams, and helping people earn opportunities they once thought were out of reach. Seeing someone achieve a goal they didn't believe was possible is still the most rewarding part of my job.
That's why I created Beacon.
Not to create leaders.
To help people uncover the leader that's already within them.
I don't believe leadership comes from a title. It comes from self-awareness, consistency, humility, and the willingness to improve just 1% every day.
My goal isn't to make you dependent on coaching.
My goal is to give you the confidence, perspective, and tools to eventually outgrow me.
If you're ready to become the leader you wish you always had, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
