Leadership isn't something I stumbled into.

For more than fifteen years, I've led teams in luxury retail, coached future leaders, and watched people accomplish things they never believed they could.

Along the way, I noticed something.

Most people aren't held back by a lack of talent.

They're held back by a lack of guidance.

Some of the best employees I've ever worked with simply needed someone to believe in them, challenge them, and show them what great leadership actually looks like.

That's why I created Beacon Advisory.

Not to create leaders.

To help people unlock the leader that's already within them.

My goal isn't to make you dependent on a coach.

It's to help you become confident enough that one day, you won't need one.
